Dr. Omar Khan

I graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2000. Soon after, I started working as an emergency veterinarian and continued in this capacity until 2010. I developed my diagnostic ultrasound imaging skills and a passion for veterinary dentistry. In 2010 I moved to Trinidad and Tobago to manage the Veterinary Teaching Hospital at the School of Veterinary Medicine, University of The West Indies where I also taught clinical dentistry and diagnostic ultrasound until 2017.

I joined the team at Animal Hospital of Cambridge in November 2024. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children (both two- and four-legged), and preparing for the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (ABVP) specialty.
